Leah Abrams is a Brooklyn-based writer originally from North Carolina.
As a speechwriter, she has written for politicians and executives in the New York Times, the Washington Post, Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Elle, and various college commencement stages across the country.
She writes the “Hot Mic” column for Jezebel and co-hosts the monthly reading series and literary podcast Limousine with her friend Heather, bringing a curated selection of today’s best fiction and memoir to bars and bookstores across New York. She was a Winter 2024 Guest at the Woodward Residency and 2022 student in Tony Tulathimutte’s CRIT.
